• You’ll have fantastic views of Kibo and explore the Shira Plateau.

• Elevation: 3,850m to 4,600m (Lava Tower) then down to 3,900m (Barranco).

• A key acclimatization day with a steep ascent to Lava Tower.

• Hiking: 4-5 hours.
• Elevation: 3,900m to 4,035m.
• Accommodation: Karanga Camp (tent).
• Scramble up the Barranco Wall and trek to Karanga Valley.

• Elevation: 4,035m to 4,640m.
